1.Aida Battle Selection

Since 2009, the Aida Batlle selection (ABS) program along with J.Hill & Co. has tirelessly sourced exceptional coffee, year after year. The lots earning the sought-after ABS certification are unfailingly snatched up by internationally distinguished roasters and cutting-edge cafés, and are consistently celebrated at the most revered barista and roaster competitions internationally.

 

Some of the processes from the program are: Cascara tea soaked fermentation, yeast fermentation, kenya style fermentation, ethiopia style fermentation, Burundi style fermentation, pulp natural (Honey), natural, washed.

 

2.Single Origin Coffees

J.Hill & Co. can provide you with unique single origin coffees from different coffee regions in El Salvador. We have a wide variety of coffees, some of them are: Red bourbon, Orange bourbon, Yellow bourbon, Pacamara, Kenya, Caturra, Catuai and Obata.

 

3.Customized coffees

There is nothing we love more than working with our clients to create their own unique blends. This is a great learning process for our clients and for us and has produced some very satisfying results for our client roasters.

Blend of perfectly ripe coffee hand picked from different farms located in the Slopes of Santa Ana Volcano at more than 1200 masl.

 

5.HG Coffee Blends

Blend of ripe coffee cherries hand picked from different farms located in the slopes of Santa Ana Volcano grown from 800 to 1,200 masl.
