J.Hill & Co. demonstrates a solid commitment to the quality of life and growth of our employees through several programs which give their families opportunities to feel appreciated and pursue personal career goals. A tuition free night school located at the central coffee processing facility in Santa Ana, Las Tres Puertas, provides our employees with basic educational instruction in order to prepare them for more advanced technical or university level education if they so choose to seek those additional opportunities in the future.

At that juncture, J.Hill & Co. offers flexible work schedules as well as a tuition support initiative that can grant employees up to 50% of tuition expenses needed to further their education. Families also receive a yearly bonus to cover expenses for book purchases for their children.

In addition to these educational benefits, employees enjoy complementary meals, tortillas, beans and coffee during their work day.
