We burn coffee pulp and husks in order to produce energy for our processing plant, allowing us to subsidize a portion of the energy used in processing.

Organic Fertilizer

We use coffee pulp for compost. The product obtained is the base for an organic fertilizer we produce; the process helps bring life and biodiversity to the soil of our farms.
